Description
Ingredients: Golden flaxseed flour, hemp seed protein, fried onion flakes, psyllium seed husk powder, baking powder, sea salt.
- Stir the entire mug bread baking mixture with 140 ml of sparkling water and mix well.
- Press the dough into a cup or bowl and let it rest for 5 minutes. Make sure that the recipient is microwavable.
- Bake the single mug or bowl for 4 minutes at 800 Watt in the microwave.
- Topple the bread from the cup or bowl and let it cool down, cut it or tear it as desired.
- Enjoy with spreads, in sandwiches or on its own.
Tip: Do you like your bread to have lots of grains and seeds? Add additional pumpkin seeds or nuts to the dough.
