You will need:
- Keto Baker London Signature Bread Mix – 250 g bag;
- 50 g flaked parmesan (or more if you wish);
- 50 g sun-dried tomatoes (or more if you wish).
Heat the oven to 180C fan-assisted. Pour the Keto Baker London Signature Bread Mix into a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly to make sure the ingredients are combined and there are no lumps.
Add the parmesan to the bowl and the sun-dried tomatoes, chopped finely.
Make a well in the centre of the mixture and pour 300 ml of sparkling water.
Mix thoroughly and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Form a loaf, score it and pop into the oven. Bake on the middle shelf for 60 minutes.
Take the loaf out of the oven and let it cool-down fully.
