Ingredients:
- Keto Baker London Onion Loaf bread mix
- 4 eggs
- 200 grams of double cream
- 200 grams cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 bacon strips, chopped
For the crust
- Mix the Keto Baker London bread mix as instructed on the pack. Then press the dough into a 9-inch pan.
- Using a fork, add a few small holes to the bottom of the pie crust (6-8 in total).
- Blind bake for 30 minutes at 190 C fan-assisted.
- Allow cooling before adding in the filling.
For the filling
- Pre-heat your oven to 190°C fan assisted.
- Mix the eggs, cream, and salt (if you wish) together until well combined.
- Cook and chop the bacon into pieces. Add the chopped bacon, shredded cheese, and parmesan cheese to the pie crust.
- Pour the egg mixture over top of the meat and cheese and smooth over.
- Place in the oven and cook for about 20 minutes or until set.
- Allow your keto quiche to fully cool before serving.
