Ingredients:
1 Keto Baker London Poppy Seed Mug Cake Mix
2 tablespoons of butter or coconut oil, melted
80 ml unsweetened almond milk
60 ml full fat coconut milk
Freshly grated lemon zest
60 g cherries, blackberries, raspberries or other berries of choice
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl, combine butter with Keto Baker London Poppy Seed Mug Cake Mix.
- Add almond milk, coconut milk and lemon zest.
- Grease 2 ramekins or small pie plates with butter.
- Divide the mixture between the plates and top with desired fruits.
- Bake covered with a piece of parchment paper for 20 minutes. Remove the paper and bake for another 5-7 minutes.
- Serve warm with whipped cream.
