1 Keto Baker London Bread Mix (your choice)
Coconut oil or butter
Method
- Mix the Keto Baker London bread mix as instructed on the back of the pack.
- Roll the dough with a rolling pin in between two sheets of greaseproof paper to the desired thickness.
- Cut a round shape with a large cookie cutter or the lid of a pan.
- Melt butter or coconut oil in a frying pan on the hob over medium heat.
- Cook the wrap for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 1 minute on the other side (or until golden brown).
- Remove from heat on a cooling rack and repeat from step 2 for the rest of the dough.
