Keto Baker toasted Walnut Bread with goats cheese (or plant-based alternative), Parma ham (optional), figs and balsamic glaze
Bake the Keto Baker London Walnut Bread as advised on the pack.
Let it cool down completely and then cut some of it into slices.
Lightly toast them on the grill.
Cut the goats cheese roll and the fresh figs into slices.
Tear the Parma ham into bite size pieces.
Drizzle balsamic glaze onto the toasted walnut bread slices.
Then alternate between adding a slice of goat cheese, a torn piece of ham and a slice of fig onto the bread until the bread slice is full. Alternatively (my favourite), add the cheese, then the ham, then the figs on top.
Add a light drizzle of olive oil, sprinkle some sea salt flakes and you can even add a drizzle of honey, some fresh basil or dill on top, if you wish.
